Description: This course deals especially with three-dimensional forms of art. Students will have opportunities to work with clay, plaster, wire, paper, tape, and other media. Projects will focus on creating five different types of sculptures. The elements and principles of design will be stressed in all the projects. Sketches will be required in preparation for projects. The works of various sculptors and potters will be studied. There is a $30 material fee included in the cost of this course.
