REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP
Must be in the 9th-12th grade.
Members of the Iota Eta Chapter of Eta Sigma Alpha will be expected to: a. Attend a minimum of half of the scheduled meetings. b. Participate in 16 hours of community service and one group serve project. c. Maintain appropriate behavior and language at all group functions.
Test Scores: A test score of 26-(ACT), 26-(Pre-ACT-10), 1200-(SAT), 1200-(PSAT), 1170-(PSAT 10), 1020-(PSAT 8/9 for an 8th grade student), 1090-(PSAT 8/9 for a 9th grade student), 88-(CLT), 91-(CLT 10), 90% total score-(Terrra Nova 2 (CAT6)2nd Ed.) or a 90% on the composite/complete battery on the Iowa (ITBS or ITED) or Stanford nationally normed standardized achievement tests. All tests must be administered in a group setting. Parent administered test are NOT acceptable. MAR, Woodcock Johnson, PASS, CAT, THETA, and COMPASS tests are NOT acceptable. You must include a copy of your test results with your application.
